Privacy policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the website brisolo.be. Brisolo is a company being set up in Leuven, Belgium. We will add the company number here once it is registered. You can reach us at the contact address at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

If you book a demo, we store what you enter in the form: your name, your restaurant’s name, your town or city, your email address, your phone number (optional), your preferred language, the time that suits you and your message.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and features of your browser.

Visiting the website. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address and time) to keep the website secure and available. We don’t use cookies or any advertising or tracking tools. Statistics about how the website is used, if we collect them, are anonymous and cookie-free.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and arrange a demo. We do this because you ask us to (steps before a possible contract).
  • To prevent spam and abuse. This is our legitimate interest.

We don’t sell your data and won’t send you a newsletter without your consent.

Who processes your data

We work with these service providers, who process your data only on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database where requests are stored (servers in Frankfurt, EU).
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend — sends us an email when a new request comes in.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers then rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. In that case we keep them for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a common format. Email us at the contact address below. We reply within one month.

If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

We update this policy when our service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
