Good to know
How long does it take to get started?
Usually less than an hour. You upload your menu, we structure and translate it, and you check everything. During the demo we put your first menu online together.
Which languages can guests read the menu in?
English, French, Dutch and German by default. You can add more, such as Spanish, Italian, Chinese or Japanese. If a guest picks a language that isn't translated yet, we translate it on the spot.
What if my menu changes?
Change a price or dish in your dashboard and it's live immediately, in every language. Nothing to reprint — the QR code stays the same.
What about allergens and the law?
EU rules require you to provide information on the 14 allergens. Our AI suggests allergens for each dish, but guests only see them as fact once you've confirmed them. The bottom of the menu always says: “For allergies, please inform staff before ordering.”
Which plan do I need?
That depends on your number of seats: Small up to 40, Medium 40 to 100, Large more than 100. Every plan has every feature. If your menu is opened much more than your plan expects two months in a row, we'll suggest the next plan; we never change it without asking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled any month, with no notice period. The annual plan runs until the end of the year.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their camera and the menu opens in the browser. No account, no app.
